Yarlington Homes is the commercial arm of Yarlington Housing Group, one of the largest providers of affordable housing in the South West. The business focuses on the sale and rental of new homes across the region, supporting both private buyers and the wider housing market.

Operating across multiple developments, Yarlington Homes required a clear, consistent brand presence that could work across digital, print and physical environments.

We collaborated with Trek Bikes to produce a series of product renders for their new Fuel electric bike. The incredibly small and lightweight motor system manufactured by German specialists TQ sits at the heart of this incredible mountain bike.

BRAND IDENTITY DESIGN

The challenge

Yarlington Homes needed to refresh its brand identity and implement it consistently across a wide range of marketing and sales touchpoints. The existing materials lacked cohesion, and the business required a stronger, more unified presence to support property sales, off-plan marketing and regional growth.

In addition, Yarlington Homes needed a modern website capable of showcasing available properties and supporting both sales and rental enquiries.

The delivery

Zavial delivered a broad range of brand and marketing assets, including print materials, merchandise and the design and development of a new website. The website included a searchable database of properties available for sale and rent, supporting ongoing sales activity across multiple developments.

To support off-plan marketing, we produced a comprehensive suite of architectural CGI visualisations, including both interior and exterior views, which were used across property brochures and marketing materials. We also designed, produced, and installed exterior signage at development locations across the South West.

Ongoing support to Yarlington Homes’ marketing and sales teams ensured a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints, strengthening the business’s position as a leading regional developer.
